If an individual does not consent to the possibility of such incidental documentation, they are responsible for removing themselves from the operational environment.

In matters of business-to-business engagements, strategic partnerships, or formal collaborations, Lion-Heart may, at its discretion, enter into separate written agreements governing documentation, usage rights, and mutual protections, where such agreements serve the integrity and sustainability of the partnership.

10. Spiritual, Energetic & Alternative Practices / Consent for Touch

LHFF Offerings may include spiritual, ceremonial, energy-based, and other intentional holistic or alternative practices, including, but not limited to, guided exercises, energy work, coaching, ceremonial methods, or other experiential techniques. Certain sessions may involve the intentional laying on of hands or other forms of physical guidance as part of these services.

By participating in any LHFF Offering, the Client acknowledges and agrees that:

a. Voluntary Participation & Consent
Participation in any physical guidance, energy work, or touch-based practice is strictly voluntary and must be mutually agreed upon prior to its application. The Client may refuse or withdraw consent at any time, and such refusal will not impact access to other services or previously rendered sessions.

c. Safety & Session Management
