Session Cancellation:

When you schedule a session with Rash, that time is reserved for you and you alone.

A fair policy has been adopted of full payment received for appointments canceled should you cancel 24 hours before your booked appointment. Any requests to reschedule or cancel within the 24 hours is left under your responsibility and will be considered a no-call/no-show and will result in forfeiting any payments made or refunded— Requesting to alter your paid and booked appointment, after having been given the ample time necessary for life to happen, does not allow Rash enough time to rebook or refill her appointment slots— This policy will remain as fair policy.
